John is a two year starter who has become the anchor of his high school's pitching staff. He has the prototypical pitchers body. He is an athletic young man with incredibly strong legs and a solid pitchers body; tall, lean and very flexible. According to his coaches, "John possesses three pitches that he can throw consistently for strikes; a fastball, change-up and slider. He commands a fastball that moves and his curveball and cutter have consistent "bite" to them. He has consistently improved his pitching fundamental and has become a true student of the game. He is a crafty pitcher who holds runners on base better than average. He has a very strong work ethic and I believe that John's pitching accuracy and potential for growth will allow John to become a successful pitcher on the collegiate level."
