Aaron (AJ) has been on the varsity baseball team the past two-seasons. He is the consummate student-athlete who excels in the classroom (GPA 4.4) and on the field. AJ has a great work ethic and is very coachable.

At the plate, AJ has very good hand-eye-coordination; has a very compact/short stroke; possesses gap type power; is a line-drive  hitter; is able to use his speed; is disciplined at the plate; and has a very sound approach. As a base runner he has great speed and instincts; along with having a very high baseball IQ. As a outfielder he has excellent range to both his right and left, with a quick first step. AJ gets to balls not many players can get to at the high school level. He is an exceptional outfielder, along with having a very good/solid arm. Because of his quickness he is able to track down balls and hold runners back from advancing. His best position at the collegiate level will either be CF or RF. AJ is a player with tremendous potential at the collegiate level. He has great tools both defensively and offensively and has the intangibles of leadership and work ethic that will make him a tremendous asset to any college program.

NECP believes AJ has all the ingredients of being a very good college player. He is 110% committed to taking his game to the next level and improving his overall skills. He has the attitude, discipline, work ethic, physical attributes, intelligence and passion to make it happen. The bottom line is his academic, baseball and pure athletic abilities make him a great collegiate baseball prospect.
