SCOUTING REPORT

Freeman High School Head Football Coach Jim Wood gave Hayden much praise for his outstanding efforts both on the field and in the classroom. "Hayden has great instincts at the middle linebacker position as he processes the game well and has excellent vision and flow on the interior of the defense. He is a strong kid with an exceptional ability to read and run. He just has a great nose for the ball." He commented too that "Hayden is a very committed student in the classroom."

Coach Wood spoke of his attributes on offense relating to NECP that "As a fullback Hayden is an excellent lead blocker. He does a great job in our trap game and he runs the ball hard with power and is tough to bring down". He also offered that "Hayden is not a vocal leader but truly leads by example with his terrific attitude and tremendous effort on the field".

Freeman High School Principal David Smith offered NECP insight to Hayden's character. He quoted saying that "Hayden is the best!" "He is the most loved student in our school." David told us that" pretty much every staff member and student at Freeman would tell you Hayden is their favorite student or classmate. His work ethic and personality make him one of those special kids who inspire those around them to become better people. He would be a wonderful asset to any college program."
